Charleroi trams in 1992 and 1994

Despite having benefitted from new infrastructure and a fleet of new trams during the 1980s, the system at Charleroi had a distinct run-down feel to it in the early nineties with dirty trams and threats to two of the remaining lines, once part of a vast network of interurban tramlines that criss-crossed this part of Belgium. Here we see a conversion of two VHS tapes dating from 1992 and 1994, including a glimpse of the long route 90 to La Louviere.
