Congress leader P. Vijaya Reddy has made significant remarks regarding her ongoing legal battle over the 2023 Khairatabad Assembly election. Addressing the media, she stated that she has full faith in the judiciary and has filed a comprehensive election petition against BRS leader Danam Nagender, citing malpractices, code violations, and suppression of asset details in his affidavit. Emphasizing that Supreme Court guidelines mandate resolving pending election petitions before conducting any by-elections, she asserted her demand to be declared the legitimate winner if the election is annulled, while clarifying that the Chief Minister has no direct involvement in her legal pursuit. #Khairatabad #VijayaReddy #DanamNagender #TelanganaHighCourt #TCongress #TelanganaPolitics #Bypoll #HyderabadNews #TV9Telugu #TV9Cut #bandipardhu 🔔 Subscribe to TV9 Telugu & press the Bell Icon for breaking news alerts. 👍 Like | Comment | Share Follow TV9 Telugu on Social Media: ► TV9 News App : https://onelink.to/de8b7y ► తాజా వార్తల కోసం : https://tv9telugu.com/ ► Follow us on X :   / tv9telugu   ► Like us on Facebook:   / tv9telugu   ► Follow us on Instagram:   / tv9telugu   ► Follow us on Threads: https://www.threads.net/@tv9telugu ► Follow us on WhatsApp: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaAR...
