RD Custom Level: Nitro - Hyper Oriental Insomniac

This is a project I completed over the course of a whole summer in an attempt to restore a custom level from a contest. I wanted to play the original, but the effects from the original level were completely removed! Instead of doing anything else, I decided to recreate the level in a modern form and remake the visuals from scratch. For myself, of course. I see that the beats are @#:$*%/^(")&,@*^{$)*]&%.
