Per State Statute 8-37bb, CHFA reports annually on the demographics of affordable housing developments and waiting list sizes to the Connecticut Legislature. This data demonstrates the effectiveness of state-financed affordable housing programs and the need for more affordable housing. CHFA collects this information through the Tenant Profile Submission (TPS) and the Waiting List Survey.
