"Je Ne Sais Quoi" is a Icelandic pop song composed by Örlygur Smári and Hera Björk and performed by Hera Björk, and will be the Icelandic entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, to be held in Oslo, Norway in May 2010, performed in English with some phrases in French. the song was the winner of the Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins 2010 contest, organised by Icelandic broadcaster Ríkisútvarpið (RÚV) to select the Icelandic entry for the contest. Hera Björk (born 29 March 1972 in Reykjavík) is an Icelandic singer. She represented Denmark in the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2009 with her song "Someday" and won. She will represent Iceland at Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "Je Ne Sais Quoi". Hera was a member of the backing choir for Eurobandið in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 and for Yohanna in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow. The final was held on 6 February, after a recap of the contest was held on 30 January. The six semi-final qualifiers performed again, and the televoters decided the winner.
