sonic 1 - the ring ride 1 - 256 rings cheat

iv wanted to do this ever since i first saw people do the same with ring ride 2 and 3 I chose to do 256 instead of 65536 rings because it dosnt really change much after 256 besides the pitches of notes going all over the place and all the sprites being rendered way WAY off the screen its probably obvious that this hack wasnt really intended to go past 250 rings let alone 400 by the time im finished (concidering that you cant get much more than 256 rings without hacking to begin with, even with debug mode) when the pitch of a note goes too low, its pitch value underflows and becomes the max resulting in a really high pitch note playing instead
