Working strategically to embed the All Age Autism Strategy

Dr Sarah Broadhurst, Director of the Autism Education Trust Dr Broadhurst discussed the strategic approach the AET use to work with local and regional areas to manage demand for specialist services. How to embed a mainstream plus approach and the impact it has for autistic young people, parents / carers, commissioners and the education workforce will be illustrated and delegates will be signposted to useful resources that will support them on their own local journeys to embedding good autism practice.
