Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a rare, complex and non-inherited genetic disorder, affecting approximately 1 in 15000 people. The most common symptoms of PWS are behavioural problems, intellectual disability and constant hunger. It is the most common genetic cause of life-threatening childhood obesity.
