Open %UserProfile%\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\SavedVariables in Windows Explorer and paste it in there. Then open it with a text editor and replace both instances of ESOUserID with your ESO username, which is not your character name or Steam ID. My preset is meant for 1440p displays.
