This is not just a regular animation tutorial. I’ll break down my complete motion design workflow and show you how to transform a static image into a premium, dynamic SaaS product animation. We’ll cover: • How to find strong motion design references using Pinterest • How to use ChatGPT to turn your ideas into clean visual concepts • How to separate AI-generated images into flexible animation layers • How to prepare backgrounds, objects, foreground elements, and UI components for After Effects • How to create depth using blur, bokeh, overlays, and camera movement • How to build smooth SaaS-style box and line animations from scratch • How to create Apple-inspired UI motion design • How to generate motion concepts with AI tools like Seedance • How to upscale AI-generated footage using Topaz • How to combine AI workflows with traditional After Effects animation techniques • How to create polished product animations with match cuts and text animation The original animation behind this tutorial reached almost 100,000 views on Instagram, and in this video I’m sharing the exact process behind it. The goal is to help you understand how professional motion designers think: Reference → Concept → Asset Breakdown → Animation System → Final Polish. Whether you’re creating SaaS videos, UI animations, product demos, app promos, or Apple-style motion graphics, this workflow can help you create cleaner and more professional results. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TOOLS USED: Adobe After Effects ChatGPT (AI image generation & workflow) Pinterest (reference research) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Subscribe for more: After Effects tutorials, motion design breakdowns, SaaS animations, UI animations, and professional workflow tips. #AfterEffects #MotionDesign #SaaSAnimation
