Accelerating housing delivery in support of Bellsmyre's regeneration plans

The first phase of Caledonia Housing Association's new build housing programme has completed, bringing 27 new homes into the community. The 5 year programme will see a total of 138 modern energy efficient homes to Dumbarton replacing a cascade of mid-rise apartments that have fallen into disrepair. In this video, hear from Julie Cosgrove, Caledonia Housing Association's Chief Exectuive, Jackie Baillie, Deputy Scottish Labour Leader and MSP for Dumbarton and one of the new residents within this development, Karis as she explains how important this new home is to her and her family.
