How to insert a tampon

This is a video that every girl wish they had when they were in seventh grade. At least from my personal experience I wish I had this. Tampon insertion can be very painful for many people and there are a lot of reasons why some people cannot tolerate tampons. But sometimes it’s just a lack of understanding of the anatomy and how to actually use the tampon. That’s why I created this video. To help our future generations have a less painful experience than I had. As a Pelvic health physical therapist, I have found that it’s important to minimize painful experiences with any type of vaginal penetration.
