Lets Explore Hudayriyat Island | Abu Dhabi’s Next Big Community?

Welcome back to Discover Abu Dhabi — One Community at a Time. This time, I’m exploring Hudayriyat Island. Most people in Abu Dhabi already know Hudayriyat for its beaches, cycling tracks, sports facilities and outdoor lifestyle — but the island is now entering a completely different phase of development. So I wanted to come here myself, drive around the island and understand what Hudayriyat looks like today, what's being developed and what this could mean for the future of this part of Abu Dhabi. In this episode, we explore the island on the ground, look at the existing lifestyle destinations, understand the location and connectivity, and take a closer look at the residential communities and major developments shaping Hudayriyat's next chapter. Because when I study a real estate market, I don't only look at individual projects. I want to understand the community around them. Where are the roads going? What's being built? What lifestyle is being created? Who is eventually going to want to live here? And how could all of that influence the long-term value of the real estate? That's exactly why I started this series.
