Das ganze mit Rotwein abgelöscht für ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis. Darin habe ich die Rehkeule gegart. Etwas Wasser, Pflaumenmus und Pfifferlinge runden den Geschmach ab für eine grandiose Soße.
