To You alone I turn for refuge, When I lose my way and miss the truth. ⸻ You call to me: “Has the time not come?” To lead me from the depths of sorrow, To make me need no worldly thing, For I need no one but You, my Lord. . أَنَا مَا عُدتُّ أَحتَمِلُ بِذَنبِي يُضرَبُ المَثَلُ وَلَو يُلقَىٰ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ يَنُوءُ بِحِملِهِ الجَبَلُ ================ عَلَىٰ أَصوَاتِ أَنَّاتِي أُعَاتِبُ دَائِمًا ذَاتِي وَأَخرُجُ مِن صِرَاعَاتٍ لِأَدخُلَ فِي صِرَاعَاتِ ================ فَيَا نَدَمِي وَيَا أَسَفَىٰ عَلَىٰ مَا كُنتُهُ سَلَفَا فَهَل يَا سَيِّدِي تَرضَىٰ؟ وَقَد وَافَيتُ مُعتَرِفَا ================ ذُنُوبِي أَنتَ تَغفِرُهَا عُيُوبِي أَنتَ تَستُرُهَا وَأَموَاجُ ابتِلَاءَاتِي بِكَ اللَّٰهُمَّ أَعبُرُهَا ================ إِلَيكَ أَبُثُّ أَشجَانِي أُقِرُّ بِأَنَّنِي جَانِ إِلَيكَ فَحَسبُ مُلتَجَئِي إِذَا أَخطَأتُ عُنوَانِي ================ تُنَادِينِي {أَلَم يَأنِ} لِتَخرُجَ بِي مِنَ الحُزنِ وَتُغنِينِي عَنِ الدُّنيَا وَمَا لِيَ عَنكَ مِن مُغنِ
