Ubuntu 2310 - Mantic Minotaur

I am late again, Canonical released Ubuntu 23.10 on October 12, 2023 and here I am a week later with my review. I am not trying to be the first, I like to take my time, dig into the distros and see how well they work and perform. There are so many new features in this release including some performance enhancements to the Linux Kernel as well as security enhancements to try and mitigate issues that may pose security risks. The AI Artwork this time is an ancient Greek Minitaur based on the one which was stationed at the center of the Labyrith on Crete. I added the double bladed ax, but that would not be accurate. a Minotaur was not a fighter, instead it would attack and devour humans as prey. I hope that isn't the intent of Canonical in the code name of Mantic Minotaur for this release.
