I found free hot foot baths in this city in Japan

Here's my look at the streets and neighborhoods of Hakodate, Japan in winter. One dark evening, and then the next day, I walked the icy sidewalks, then rode trams, to see what Hokkaido's third-biggest city is like in the middle of winter. Answer: cold but vibrant.
