Evaluating and Road test of a 1965 Cadillac Sedan DeVille

This one has some condition guide included. I walked around the car while talking about grading cars using the Old Car Price Guide 1 to 6 rating. I think guys that appraise collector cars need to always use the OCPG system. This 65 Cadillac is a good solid #3 car. It is a good example of a nice clean driver quality collector car.
