They said Pancakes, I heard Elejao !! ❤️ -------------------------------------------- East Indian Pancake which is commonly called as 'Elejao' is a Traditional Sweet Dish made by the East Indians. It is usually made on Shrove Tuesday/ Pancake Tuesday or on any of the Occassions/Feast Day. Elejao is a coconut, jaggery stuffed with dry fruits in a thin crepes which is made up of flour and eggs. This is my Mom's recipe.It's from the house of East Indian/Salsette (Mumbai Catholics) 😊
