Continuing the build and restoration of a three-wheeled vehicle, this episode focuses on completing the cargo bed, featuring a unique, automatically opening tailgate design. Remarkably, the entire fabrication and finishing process was completed in just four hours! Starting with steel plates cut by a plasma cutter in the previous episode, the builder carefully measured, aligned, and welded each component to construct the cargo bed. The steel panels were positioned, secured in place, and the joints were finished to ensure a robust structure. The highlight of this episode is the automatically opening tailgate. Intricate linkages and mechanisms were fabricated, installed, and fine-tuned, allowing the tailgate to open automatically when needed—making the cargo bed much more convenient to use. In just four hours of continuous work, the cargo bed for the three-wheeled vehicle took shape from a collection of separate steel plates.
