1.Main functions of this edge banding machine: a)Edge banding for skeleton line door panels. Common styles of skeleton line door panels include straight edge and bevel edge (35° bevel). This edge banding machine adopts a high-pressure beam with track drive. The concave surface of skeleton line doors is firmly fixed by the track, so there is no need to pad and level the concave surface during edge banding. b)Production of skeleton line strips. This edge banding machine supports the production of three types of skeleton lines: straight skeleton lines, 35° bevel skeleton lines and slat strips. The dimensions of skeleton lines can be customized. c) Standard straight edge banding. This greatly reduces glue consumption and avoids environmental issues caused by the process. Meanwhile, it shortens production cycle from more than 60 days in traditional processing to 1~2 days, substantially cutting production costs. f) Servo-controlled bevel & straight edge slotting, straight edge slotting and slitting assembly. The depth and width of grooves as well as the size of slits are precisely controlled, with cutting accuracy up to 0.1mm. g)Leveraging diversified colors and textures of edge banding tapes, it breaks the color matching bottleneck between skeleton line strips and panels in traditional craftsmanship, offering great flexibility for high-end customization of skeleton line products. Offcuts, damaged panels and irregular workpieces can be slit into skeleton line strips, achieving efficient utilization of resources.
