The Term 4 Is Running Until The Mid-November 2026 If I Think Since The Term 4 Has 10 Weeks, Similar To The Term 3 Style. The Term 4 Is Part Of The Semester 2 While The Semester 1 Is Served By Term 1 & 2 In Every Year Which Includes Of 2026. Since The Time Might Travel Fast, I Might As Well See How Much Things I Would Be Able To Film. Before I Said More Of It, The School Holidays Would Be Getting Another One Step Closer Very Soon As Some Of The Secondary Schools Would End By End-October 2026 While The Primary School Would Continue To Run Until The Last Term 4 Of The Week 10. The School Term Isn't Really Having The School Holiday As Mostly On Sundays, The Sundays Would Be Put As Public Holiday Since No One Would Work On The Every Sunday Week Of The School Term Period. The School Term Plays The Role Of Having School Serving Every Day Except That Some Of Them Might Happen To Occur For School Celebrations, Like The Chinese New Year, National Day & Teacher Day. Racial Harmony Day Would Also Be Included But The Secondary School Would Have It During The Normal Lesson To Prevent More Disruption From Happening. So As These Celebrations Were Cleared For This Year, It Would Repeat For Another Next Year. Since The Week 5 Of The Term 4 Is Already Over, It Is Time That It Is The Term 4 Week 6. The Week 6 Of The Term 4 Would Run From 19 October 2026 To 25 October 2026 and Then From 26 October 2026, The Term 4 Week 7 Would Start. As The Day 7 Enters For The Term 4 Week 6, I Have Decided To Visit The Brand New BTO HDB Flat Which Is Even Much Newer Than The Other HDB Tall Flats That I Have Visit Days Ago. This Time, The New Tall BTO Flat Is Located At Owen Road. The Nearest MRT Station Can Be Access Is Farrer Park MRT Station On The North East Line. But Since The Walking Distance Between The Farrer Park and The New Owen Road Tall HDB Flat Is Long, Which Is About 8 To 14 Minute Walk, You Can Actually Take Some Of Their Feeder Bus Services Like 131 Or 141 Since Bus Service 131 and 141 Does Goes To Owen Road. Although This Is My First Time I Actually Come, There Is Another Nearby MRT Station Which Is Novena. But Within 10 Minute Walk To Go There. Little India & Boon Keng Also Goes To The New BTO Tall Flat Which Is About 1.15 KM and 1.23 KM Respectively. So I Still Bother To Go Farrer Park Since It Is Much Nearer To Take The Mass Rapid Transit There. Construction Of The BTO Flat Begin In November 2021 and Was Expected To Complete By End-2026. While The Place Was Near Completion, The BTO Flat Has Recently Open To The Public Which Some Of The Lift Filmers Have Took The Ride On The Brand New Elevators. The New BTO Flat Is Called "Kent Heights". It Is A 32-Storey HDB BTO Project Which Features Range Of Recreational, Community and Green Facilites. There Is Exercise Gym Equipment and Good Viewing Spot At The 32nd Floor Which Can See It At Block 55A To See Singapore City. The Exterior Color Scheme Of The Kent Heights HDB BTO Development Use Sleek Modern Palette Dominated By Soft White, Slate Greys, and Earthy/Terracotta Accent Tones. A Clean, Contemporary Base Of Soft Off-White and Light Grey. Medium To Dark Slate/Charcoal Grey Framing Along The Window Perimeters, Balcony Railings, and Structural Columns. Subdued Terracotta Or Warm Ochre Accents Iayered Into The Lower Levels. This Includes To The 8-Storey Car Park and Selected Vertical Panels Of The 32-Storey Residential Tower To Complement The Surrounding Lush Greenery. Featuring In This Video Is The Elevators Which Is Currently Serving For The Block 56. This Time, The Block 56 Isn't The Main Block Of The Kent Heights But There Are 2 Elevators In The Parking Area.
