Don’t be like Donkey. 😉 Description: I turned into rhyme all those little things that sometimes rub us raw in the world of endless targets, “dynamic teams” and professional smiles held together with office glue. I wrote a satire about Simon, known to the system as Donkey Yeswell — a tragicomic monument to everyone who has ever hidden their dignity in a drawer in exchange for a firm handshake from the boss. This is my ballad about a man with a plastic soul, who practises his smile in the mirror before dawn, while under “annual leave” he has only one entry: unknown territory. I played with the form of a CV to tell, with a raised eyebrow and a touch of dark humour, the story of that daily inner battle many of us know too well — somewhere between “I must” and “I’ll survive”.
