Try Lumina For Free Here: https://bit.ly/4zsyEat How to make a full 30+ minute AI fantasy movie like The Mother’s Monster, using free AI tools. In this step-by-step tutorial, I show the complete workflow: story idea, full screenplay, character sheets, images and video clips. No editing skills needed, and you can follow along on a phone or a laptop. 📄 FREE MASTER PROMPT DOC (Google Doc with all the prompts): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1W... ⏱ TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Intro: how one AI movie took over YouTube 0:54 The full workflow explained (Google Doc with 4 prompt tabs) 1:28 Step 1: Topic Generator in Gemini 1:43 Adding reference YouTube videos for Gemini to analyze 2:18 Gemini’s analysis and your 3 options (improve, 10 new topics, or your own idea) 2:56 Choosing a story and getting your improved movie concept 3:55 Step 2: Full movie story and scene-by-scene screenplay in Claude 5:12 Understanding the output: story, characters, screenplay and scene table 6:27 Step 3: Character Sheet Generator in a new Claude chat 7:46 Creating character images with ChatGPT (front, back and close-up views) 8:40 Step 4: Google Flow Clip Generator and the global style prompt 10:13 Making the first clip image in ChatGPT 10:36 Image to video in Google Flow 11:24 Text to video vs image to video: which is better? 11:56 Clip 2: keeping the same location with the last frame 13:07 Fixing errors and the style lock prompt 13:52 Bonus: Lumina AI for scenes Google Flow will not generate 15:40 Lumina AI clip results 16:23 Final tips and what to do next 16:55 Final result preview 🛠 TOOLS USED Google Docs (master prompt doc) Google Gemini (topic ideas and concept) Claude, free version (screenplay, character prompts, clip prompts) ChatGPT (character sheets and clip images) Google Flow (video clips) Lumina AI (backup video generator, not sponsored) 📌 HOW THE WORKFLOW WORKS 1. Paste the Topic Generator prompt into Gemini with 4 to 5 reference video links and pick your story concept. 2. Paste the concept into the screenplay prompt in Claude to get the full story, characters and a scene-by-scene screenplay. 3. Use the Character Sheet prompt in a new Claude chat, then generate the character images in ChatGPT. 4. Use the Clip Generator prompt in Claude to get a prompt for every clip, make the images in ChatGPT and convert them to video in Google Flow. 5. If a clip gets blocked, try Lumina AI, then edit all the clips together. 💡 TIPS FROM THE VIDEO Start a new chat for characters so the old story does not mix in. Image to video usually gives better results than text to video. If you see a policy error, retry, or send the error to Claude to fix the scene. If the video style does not match your image, ask Claude for a style lock prompt. ❓ Stuck on any step?
