The Tokyo's largest pre-owned luxury and designer event is Shicchy's Charity Fair . Held bi-annually at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center (TRC) in Ota-ku, it features over 100,000 authenticated designer goods—such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, and Rolex—at massive discounts of 30% to 90% off retail prices. The fair runs for three days twice a year (June and November). The 92nd Shicchy's Charity Fair will be held from November 20–22, 2026 .
