1954 Citroen Traction Avant in Oregon

Someone asked me to inspect that Citroen Traction Avant in my area. I'm not a Citroen specialist, not even a mechanic, but my Grandpa used to own the same one, and I'm somewhat familiar with the car. This particular one is a very nice car. It just needs some minor adjustments, and it'll be a formidable driver.
