8.27.26 The Committee shall consider financial matters, appropriations; budgets; transfers; taxes; fees; franchises; bonds; investment policies; incentives; licensing; personnel; pensions; leases; JEA; auditing; performance measurement; TRUE Commission; waivers or exception; conveyance of City property; code enforcement; and all related subjects.
