A customer books a room for 1 March. The confirmation comes back for 28 February. Her screenshot is correct. The developer cannot reproduce it and closes the ticket. Nobody is lying. The two of them are in different time zones, and the page is sending a moment in time where a day was chosen. East of Greenwich, midnight on 1 March is still 28 February at 22:00 in UTC, and a server that keeps the first ten characters of that moment stores yesterday. The thing that settles it is not another screenshot. It is the CONDITIONS of the run, and they belong in the bug report: the time zone, the languages, the window.
