For years, the mountains have kept calling me back. And this time, I decided to answer that call differently — alone, on a 155cc motorcycle, with thousands of kilometres ahead and no idea what the road would bring. This is Part 1 of my Himalayan motorcycle documentary. The journey begins from Guwahati, Assam, as I leave home and start riding towards the Himalayas. What begins as a long highway ride slowly turns into something much more personal — a journey of uncertainty, exhaustion, excitement, faith and the search for something I can’t quite explain. From the roads of Assam and West Bengal to the endless highways ahead, every kilometre takes me closer to the mountains. But this isn’t just a motorcycle ride. It’s about why we leave everything familiar behind. It’s about chasing something that only makes sense once you’re on the road. And this is only the beginning.
