The Countess Halloween Gown Part 2

Part 2 of making the Halloween Costume. this wasn't easy since everything is still bagged and packed because they keep saying they're going to do more rounds of Fumigation in the building, but leave us in the dark. The petticoat is finished which completes the gown, let's hope the reveal is much better
