Home Place Duets Open House & Ribbon Cutting

Take a look inside Home Place Duets, HAND’s newest affordable housing community in Carmel, Indiana! On September 29, 2026, we celebrated the opening of six new three-bedroom rental homes with the partners, supporters and community members who helped make them possible. Residents will be referred through Prevail Inc. and Family Promise of Hamilton County, connecting families with stable, affordable housing and ongoing support. Home Place Duets was developed by HAND with H-E Homes as custom home builder, Inherent Commercial as owner’s representative and CEC Inc. as engineer. Funding included support from the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Hamilton County Community Development Block Grant program and Lake City Bank. Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate this milestone and to the many partners who helped bring these six homes to life.
