She is survived by her daughters, Kate (Chris Liston) Anderson, Joan Anderson, & Beth (Andrew) Forman; grandchildren, Isabel Liston, Annika Liston, Jane Forman, & Anna Forman; sister of the heart, Nancy Anderson. Several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends. Pat’s funeral service will be celebrated, Monday, March 30th, 10:30 AM at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt Read Blvd. Immediately following she will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
