Bahia principe grand la romana | punta cana, Dominican Republic review | May month

Is it worth going to Bahia principe resort? It is worth going to Bahia resort for around 3-4 days. After that you might get little bored because there is not much to do in the resort itself. However, if you do any excursions during your stay, then you can stay upto 7 days. Weather- We went there in May and it was not too too hot as we expected according to the month. We were scared to have too much rain in may month, but it was totally fine. On the weather it will show it's gonna rain for whole, but It would rain for around 5-10 minutes and after that the weather gets fine. Food- If we talk about the food, there are so many options in a buffets for non- vegetarian people. However, there not much to eat for vegetarian people. You can have something like pizzas, pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, deserts, juices. If you go right when the buffet starts, you will get nice and hot food, but with the time it gets cold and you might not like that. So i suggest going within first half an hour. Staff and service- Staff is really nice when you go to the restaurants, bars or buffets, however, if you did not get the privilege option then the room service is extremely slow. If you need something in your room then allow at-least 2 hours for them to get it. Wifi is not too strong everywhere but it is fine to survive a week over there. We barely got any hot water during our stay and other problem is the electricity. You might experience electricity cuts for couple of minutes in a day. Beach- Beach is really clean. There is no seaweed because they clean very frequently. However, the water of beach is not too clean to go inside. Another thing is that the water is too deep so you can't go too far from the shore.
