🌍 Welcome to Joy Food Ranger! 🍽️🔥
🇮🇳 4¢ Breakfast! 😱 An elderly street food vendor travels nearly 1 kilometer with his traditional food cart to serve freshly cooked, wood-fired parathas at one of Lahore’s busiest bus terminals in Pakistan. 🇵🇰🔥
In today’s 25-minute Pakistani street food documentary, we follow a hardworking elderly man who begins his day by transporting his traditional food cart nearly 1 kilometer to a busy roadside footpath near one of Lahore’s largest bus terminals.
Before preparing breakfast, he carefully unloads his cooking equipment, cleans his old food cart, arranges wooden benches for customers, and prepares his traditional roadside kitchen.
He then cleans a large iron griddle (tawa), arranges firewood underneath it, and lights a traditional wood fire.
Using freshly prepared wheat flour dough, he skillfully shapes individual dough balls and begins making delicious Pakistani parathas over the hot iron griddle.
