Ibaloi Bendian dance at Malcolm Square, Baguio City during the Musikalayaan2023, June 12 Saleng Festival In Celebration of Independence Day. The Bendia (Benidiyan) Bendyaan is a circle dance. The circular movements of the dance symbolize unity and harmony among the Ibaloys The dancers collectively move their arms in various patterns. Common pattern formations include “pinesbekan”(outstretched arms angled so that one arm is higher than the other), “inudiyan” (raisedarms bent away from another participant), “pinajosan” (both arms behind back), and“innabaya” (arms bent with palms facing upward) "Inosjongan" (raisedarm bend palm).
