ThreeJS and Angular Space And Time Application - Video 617: Max/Configured Part 45

I am trying to figure out why my system is creating extra records. I am using the debugger and console logs to slowly work backwards from where I create the records. I know that one time it creates a new record instead of using the existing record... but just once.
