I picked Toothsi over other brands because of their offer. Here's how it's actually going. Started my teeth alignment treatment with Toothsi to fix a small gap in my front teeth. Picked them over other brands because of the offer they gave me. The doctors and the actual treatment experience have been good so far. But the process after that has had issues. Delays beyond the promised 25 to 31 day timeline, delivery through Bluedart instead of doorstep delivery as promised, and slow response from their team. There was also a mix up about the treatment covering the full gap versus a partial one, plus a cancellation charge of 10 to 12k that came up midway. This is not a final review.
