Green Day - Nuclear Family (Insomniac "Outtake")

The trilogy album had a lot of potential and I think the mixing held it back a bit. I personally don't dislike it but I can see why all of people didn't. Nuclear Family feels like a song thought would've fit with the classic albums and I think this proves it. I really tried adding some cool bass fills on this one. I like how it all turned out. I was going to use the demo's vocals but I really didn't like the distorted effect it had on it. It was hard to extract without it sounding bad. I decided to just use the album version's vocals. Maybe next time I'll vocals from Demolicious for a trilogy song. I think my guitar tone is way better than it was on the first one I made.
