Comet Clutch with a Granny Gear for Diesel Suzuki

I have always tried to keep my videos short. This is my longest ever, but the subject is multi faceted. Building an 8 hp diesel bike that surely weighs over 300 lbs isn’t that tough in flat country, but climbing my steep gravel road has been a 3 month challenge. Custom sprockets, springs and weights changed out in drive and driven parts. Test ride after test ride, the climbing ability has improved , but until this morning each was just another failure, and there’s nothing I hate more than a failed experiment…. If you can bear with me for 13 minutes You will see what finally seems to work. I have not yet ridden all the way down to the paved county road for the real life test, but I’m hete alone on the mountainside with nobody to call for assistance(except 911) and we don’t wanna go there.
