🌊 🚢 When Team Selection goes Wrong 🚢 🌊

You’d think rallying a team around a once in a lifetime cruise contract would be plain sailing. Big opportunity, exciting project, everyone on board and heading in the same direction. Well, not quite. As with many great adventures, the voyage didn’t go entirely to plan. The crew you set sail with wasn’t always the crew you expected, and navigating changing circumstances became just as important as delivering the contract itself. Sometimes success isn’t about having the perfect team from day one it’s about making the most of the team you have and steering through whatever waters lie ahead. Enjoy this uncomfortable watch. #funny #cruise #cruiseship #alaska #theanimalguyz
