KARMA (Simple piano cover tutorial) | Alien Stage

Some people were asking for an easier tutorial, so here it is! Feel free to ask me any questions Here are some tips for how I used to learn songs: Focus on one hand first, then the other. Don't get overwhelmed trying to learn both at the same time. Use a metronome to learn how to play the piece faster, gradually. Learn the key's notes. In this case, this song is in D minor, so you will be mostly playing D - E - F - G - A - Bb - C. There are exceptions, of course, but it's helpful to have as a guideline. Find common chord patterns: most of the chords played with the left hand are composed of three notes, with a note (or tone) between them. Learning each note's major and minor chords will help massively, since they are used in almost every song. If you want to make the piece harder: Play the first note of each chord on the left hand one octave lower Add 7ths to the chords Add some harmony to the right hand (I reccommend using some of the notes on the left hand, but in the octave in which you're playing the right hand) This cover's BPM is 110.
