In this video we learn how to take a given allocation of the IPv4 address space and use subnetting techniques to divide the allocation into smaller subnets. This video extends the ideas introduced in earlier videos to show how to apply these techniques when the boundaries between network allocation bits, subnet bits and host bits do not fall on even octet boundaries.
