Walkera V120D05 Rebuild | Discontinued Parts Replaced with M1 & 3D Printed Gears

A 2010-era 120-class belt-driven helicopter, rebuilt in June 2024. Walkera stopped making the rotor head, swashplate, main shaft mount, main gear and tail, so nearly every part was swapped for something still available: 1S 3.7V to 2S 7.4V, 2S ESC with a 3D printed case Rewound HP08S motor 3mm main shaft bearing (stock is 2mm) Full M1 rotor head, DIY DFC links and red shims 3D printed swashplate guide to fix the phase (only possible because M1 uses three screws) 1mm carbon rod repair and K110/K130 metal links Self-drawn, split-printed main gear (0.2mm nozzle, 0.5 module) Two-piece tail motor mount: flip the motor with four screws, no need to remove the boom Episode 1 of a helicopter rebuild series.
