Can we get it going again?? Mid 40's Fairbanks ZD Hit&Miss engine

Went to a tractor show out in Sandusky this past weekend and traded off my 1970 John Deere 140 for this engine. Dont really know a whole lot about it just know that its got an interesting setup to it.
