Fatalis Mastery : Hammer vs Blue Flames 13'51"86

Why is this weapon so fuking slow? Not overly fond of how sluggish, weak, and unrewarding the hammer is without sliding ramps or much ledges. There is not really a lot of technical issues with hammer vs P3 blue flames besides the numbers. Charged Brutal Big Bang has roughly the same commitment time as a Greatsword's True Charged Slash, which i have completely no issues with, but it only does half the damage. Likely even lower. With better RNG and better skills i probably could push it to sub-13 or more, but that is unlikely due to how i dislike this matchup in particular.
