Traveling Indonesia from Yogyakarta to Bandung by train

Getting from Yogyakarta to Bandung was going to require a train trip of over 8 hours. We caught the train at Tugu Station Yogyakarta. We travelled on the Ladoya train in executive class. The seats were comfortable with plenty of legroom. There were a dining car and attendants offering food and beverage on the trip. No wifi onboard so you better bring a book or have some games loaded on your phone. The countryside was picturesque as you travel from the flatland into the mountains to reach Bandung.
