오스카 코코슈카(Oskar Kokoschka)의 **〈음악의 힘 The Power of Music〉(1918)**에서 태어난 음악,
🎵 **〈Something Still Answers〉**
Something still answers
when the world calls my name.

After everything falls apart, is there still something inside us that can answer?
🎵 “Something Still Answers” is an original song inspired by Oskar Kokoschka’s The Power of Music (1918).
After experiencing war and serious injury, Kokoschka spent time recovering in Dresden. This song approaches recovery not as a grand victory or a complete return to who we once were, but as something much smaller and more human: the moment when the world calls, and something inside us still responds.
“Something still answers
when the world calls my name.”
The painting’s deep greens become warm woodwinds and upright bass, its vivid reds become brass, and its dark blues become low cello and atmospheric synths. Short musical phrases and voices call and answer one another, while the female lead is gradually joined by male responses and layered human voices.
By the final chorus, one voice has become many—not to create a triumphant ending, but to suggest a fragile reconnection with the world.
Perhaps recovery is not about becoming strong again. Perhaps it begins when we are able to answer the world one more time.

Music Born from Masterpieces
This project does not simply explain paintings through music. It begins with one question:
What if the person inside the painting suddenly opened their mouth and began to sing?
