Embattled Assistant superintendent of police, Mohammed Kirumira today fought in the police disciplinary court after the chairperson, Senior superintendent of police, Denis Odongpiny put stringent terms for the former (Kirumira) to secure bail. Among other terms, Kirumira was ordered to get a police officer of a higher rank than his to stand him surety a thing Kirumira violently protested leading to a scuffle. But as we report even the bail he had been granted was later cancelled shortly after the scuffle.
