The long-awaited X54, Mahlkönig's first home grinder, features 54mm flat burrs capable of the full range from 200 to 1000 microns (or, depending on the calibration you choose, a little coarser). This recognizable form takes inspiration from Mahlkönig's popular K30, Peak, E65, and E80 espresso grinders but has a few of its own characteristics, too, such as the interchangeable faces (one for espresso and one for a dosing cup), newly designed hopper lock, and quick calibration (no tools needed).
