Today, we spend a day with local villagers harvesting rice on the mountain terraces of Vietnam. After cutting the ripe rice by hand, the villagers gather it into large sacks and carry it uphill to the threshing area. Everyone has a role as the rice is threshed by machine, packed into bags, and finally taken back home.
